You built your business to own your time, your choices, and your future.
But right now, email is wasting you money, you’re already with your 5th freelance copywriter, and staying relevant feels harder every quarter.
Keep going like this and your growth will stall, or worse, you burn down the business you worked so hard to build.
If this sounds like you, it’s time for sound strategy that elevates your business and keeps you in the game.
Step 1: The Email Audit
Most audits tell you what’s broken.
This one gives you a clear plan to grow without discount addiction, email burnout, or inflated marketing stats.
$1,499
What It Includes:
Performance & Deliverability
Are your KPIs where they should be? (opens, clicks, orders, revenue)
Are you hitting inboxes or spam folders?
What are your top 3 emails and why did they win?
Flows & Automations
Which flows do you have?
Which flows do you need?
Strategy & Execution
Do you use a marketing calendar? Is it holistic (includes all channels)?
How long does it take to go from idea to send?
Are monthly reports being done?
List & Audience
Who’s actually on your list?
What’s your customer base?
How long it takes them to make another purchase?
How many are on subscriptions (if applicable)?
Design & Copy
How much like ChatGPT do you sound?
Are your CTAs encouraging clicks?
Does your email look like your brand or a Canva freebie?
How aligned with your brand your marketing efforts are?
This is for you if:
Your business is seeing strong traffic or ad spend, but poor conversions
Your team is sending regular emails but is unsure if they’re working
Your brand switching email hands (VA, freelancer, agency) and needing a reset
Your business is scaling fast, but with no email foundation to support it
You want clarity before investing more (in ads, in copy, in an agency)
Step 2: The 3-Month Email Plan
Your marketing strategy for the next 3 months with everything you need to keep your customers engaged, your team aligned, and your business on the game.
$2,500/month*
*Commitment is for 3 months.
What It Includes:
A complete email + SMS calendar
Every campaign mapped out and chosen based on the audit’s findings, your customers’ behavior, upcoming product launches, and real retail cycles. For example: BFCM, Alzheimer’s Awareness Day, Christmas in July, Back-to-School, Sleep Week, International Book Day.
Campaign briefs
Your team will know exactly what to send, when, to whom, and why. Segments, send dates, testing angles… it’s all laid out so your team can run with it.
It includes guidance on subject lines and preview texts, visual suggestions, CTAs, POV, and everything your team needs to create emails that connect with your community.
Integrated sales + promos
Whether it’s a sitewide sale, a new launch, or a creative twist on a seasonal moment, every promotion will support your quarterly goals, not the other way around.
This is for you if:
If growth is happening faster than you can keep up.
You have a team (freelancers or in-house) that needs direction and organization.
You want to start leading and stop reacting.
You want a strategy that works and grows the business, even when you’re not available.
I’d have questions if I were you.
-
The email audit is a one-time fee. The 3-month email plan is $2,500 per month, for 3 months.
-
Nope. I’m in charge to plan and map out the entire strategy, campaigns, and promotions. You (or your team) take it from there, but I make sure there’s zero guesswork. If you need a copywriter or designer, I can recommend one.
-
Completely. I don’t use templates. I build your calendar based on your business goals, products, customer behavior, and brand voice. If you sell adaptogens, you won’t get topics that sound like a skincare brand.
-
A quarterly plan gives you a real benchmark: Are we growing? Are we bringing in new customers? Are they coming back? With 3 months of data, you can measure if your marketing is doing its job.
-
Totally normal, and it is actually the beauty of having a plan that can be easily changed. You get up to 1 revision per month. Additional revisions beyond the scope will be quoted, but you’ll always know what to expect!
